If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  If less than 30 days have passed since you placed your order, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition they were received.  Under these conditions you can choose to receive a refund or exchange:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@waxtrak.com and ship your item back to: 2122 S. El Camino Real, Suite E, San Clemente, California, 92673.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
